Worst workplace to work as there is no work life balance. The management harasses faculty members mentally and ill treats them. Favourism and partiality at its peak. Only mathematics department gets all benefits as principal is from that concerned department. Other department staffs are suffering and should work 24x7 . Stressful job.

Really good infrastructure, Commendable atmosphere for learning, Good students

Dislikes

Teachers and staff get zero respect (the Maths department is an exception). This might be the only institution that harasses faculties by withholding their professional certificates. Higher managements have the least regard for teachers, and the high rate of yearly resignation is proof of that. As for training and personal development, I earned nothing except an urge to find another career. Cannot comment about work-life balance, since I worked here before the pandemic. Politics and favoritism would hit the sky.
