I tried to understand but I did not like the atmosphere so I left the job after struggling for 7 years

Dislikes

Very bossy culture,cannot develop the our subject,management does not interacted with the faculty,cannot share our ideas to improve,no importance and especially to the experienced faculty and treat them as a lower in all ways

I have done graduation in Sri Indu but I haven't experienced any good things in college.

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with the fee structure in Sri Indu JUNTUH affiliated College because, at the time of admission, my fee commitment was 50k per year but they wrote 60k per year in their records which is not acceptable. They hold my certificates even though I paid the total fee. There is only a 13k pending amount for my fee. But they are asking for 30k to issue my certificates.
