The soft skills department is quite nice when compared to other departments. It is very good for people who just stepped into their career. You can teach and learn at the same time. You get a new experience everyday.

Salary is quite low. They make you work four times more than for what you are earning from them.

Salary 15k -23k for non mpc faculty. Admission, 10th to inter conversion, fees collection all teachers responsibility. Door to door Admission searching.

... techno , most of the children dont understand what they are learning about. 3. Poor salary: at the time of joining they will not tell you how much exact classes and work load will be their for a particular teacher .. later one will realise it.. 4. No PF/ security: as per the government rule an institute should pay 12% from their side and 12% from one's employee salary for the security but here they will tell you school will not pay anything full 24% is going to get deducted from our salary . 5. Poor infrastructure: per student fees is apporox 70,000 excluding bus uniform and books.. but their is no chemistry lab no physics lab no basketball ground nothing. Most importantly no library. 6. Worst teachers : not a single teacher will speak in english they all speak in native language with children for explaining and conversation. 7 not cbse affiliated: one of the class was not affiliated to cbse and this school was charging money for cbse board. 8. No bus facility for teacher : they will tell you if you want to work you have to take your own transport as they will not provide bus for teachers . 9 . No respect no moral values : so I'll mannred kids are studying over here we can't call it a school but a spoil place for future generation.. no moral classes nothing . 10. No educational tour: so poor in management that nobody wants to take the responsiblity for organising any kind of trip for school. Too worst to work here .

About the salary during lockdown: 1 I planned to leave the school on the month of march but due to covid they closed the school on 18th march only. So my February and march salary was pending and I recived it after 3 months. 2. One of my colleagues told me she joined the school and till the date they haven't paid her . 3. For the month of may they told the teachers that they will be getting only 50 percent salary. 4. They are torturing teachers to call parents and ask for school fees and in return parents are trying to humiliate and insulting by calling us beggars . 5. Spending in online teaching wasting our data and time but no one is paying just assuring to be sure of getting salary.

...ds. And I love nature of this school. Good work environment and sportive teams. Company policies are good and they give salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot stress in admissions. And I have 1 year experience . There is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resign.
