No proper communication to top level management. They wants to attend 70% of day in zoom meeting and no ATL activities. No recognition to the employees. No basic benefits like insurance, incentives. No timely appraisals. Need to leave the family completely.

...r orientations or high school. We have PF account created while joining the job. Salary will be credit in between 7 to 10th of every month without any delay or any conditions for admissions.

Politics. Promotions/ increments are for the people who do more admissions only but not on the basis of talent.

Salary on time if you survived and mentally able to stay for a month then only, doesn't matter how strong you and your subject is they will find flaw in you, worst campus Mayuri bhawan vijaywada, don't ever come here

Nothing to like, don't quit your present job to join here otherwise you will remorse later i have in last 7 months around 10 teachers are being replaced within 1 month now you think person leaving his job and coming here and after working one month they will say students don't like you in that situation what you will do, I must say person who belong to north States need not to come in this hell just for lucrative money otherwise be ready to face music and recall my things later , you need to teach here 9 hour in a day still there is no job security it will really sucks you alot, parents are hell they directly ask why my child is getting marks in advance, what should you give reply if u become little harsh with students for there welfare they will start compliant against you that they don't understand anything from you and you will be replaced so pathetic think 100 times before switching, i am writing because I faced it's you who can save yourself getting trapped better do peaceful job in little less salary .

...es & appearence, they mock on joiners, hampering Personal life of joiners...itna sab hone k baad tumhari salary nhi denge.. My joining date 21-08-23 till 31-08-23 that's it... Inka pura management jaanta hai muje..

I have never worried about my job security in 3 years of job as a physics faculty,big thing is that no politics in atmosphere everyone is professional.

I did not get any Increment from last three years so it’s better don’t compromise with expected salary when you are joining institute.
