I like the campus.

It was decided by the administration that the salary for the month of April should not be given to me as my department is not functional during this pandemic time. But I want to ask is it my fault that my department is not functional? Of course I wasn't expecting full salary but I should have got atleast some percentage of my monthly salary as I am in the campus I have signed daily till 2nd of may 2020.

I love the fact that I am a part of a aurobindo Institute of medical college, I taken the support of highly experienced professior nd principal, who always given a right direction to achieve our goal nd upgrade our knowledge. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

None of things, just one things is salary issue but that's not a big problem.

Salary depends on your bargaining skill and not your achievements. No rules for 10% yearly appraisal. If you dont ask management for a hike, you will stay at the same salary for years.
