Good place to learn about foundry tools. Your will be an expert in Creo while working here. But you didn't learn your Engineering ideas and skills. Just do what the customer asked.

You need to sign agreement for working here. Not for an year, 3+3 years agreement makes you the secured job environment. But after 6 years you are not able to develope your career growth. Here, even 10 year experienced designers also don't know the GD&T. Your Engineering ideas and skills will not developed here. You need to work for customer requirements and don't be able to ask the function of the products. Don't expect the design culture like other companies. You need to work more than 10-12 hours a day. No canteen facility available. They don't consider your personal problems. They expect you to do work all time and go home only for sleeping. They only consider the money.
