In this company salary Release Date 7th in every month first week, but so many times release after 7th like Date of 8th/9th. I Advise to organisations Management kindly changes in salary Shedule, Release in Month End . So many times employee faced many types financial difficulties.

Very 3rd class company. I am not getting my 1.5 months salary till yet. Very 3rd class working culture. Very poor Management .Un necessary blaiming from Sr. Managers. No any Employee job satisfaction in this company. Over all working culture is poor. Also very poor HR department and their policy.

Each and everything is dislike No salary on time.. no Travelling claim. I am bearing travelling experience from my own pocket. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues. Not getting salary and career growth nothing. Very poor Management.

Not recommended for IT person like developers fully strict no chance to get out once you get into it everyday no IT team there only one intern and HOD Himself no work life balance

I enjoyed working in SRG Housing Finance. Its long benefit or skill development program is very good.

I don't know that in SRG housing finance, people of higher posts do not listen to people of lower posts.
