I like HR. Departments policy like time to time salary, A.C. bus service, Canteen food good quality, bonus ,dress,raincoat, etc... Over all no hedak for our family. All HR.person behavior very well for dealing to employ.

Dislikes

Android mobile not allow but some employees used in 2nd and 3rd shift. So, work delay.

Likes

Working culture is good, salary structure are also good but Growth is not as per person hard work and knowledge basis.

1.Administration management related to transportation, canteen are very poor. 2. Working pressure very high. 3. Growth rate is very slow.

There are so many. 1. No work life balance 2. No systematic approach 3. Resources shortage 4. Non responsive & selfish HR team 5. High retention ratio 6. No one wants to work here more than 1 yr

...alanced and haywire situation in design department An employee with 5 years exp. And a freshers out from college (whom they call ELOs) are working on same post with same salaries, in some cases salary of freshers is higher than a person with higher experience. 4. HRs and even managers and HODs are not interested in retaining good employees. Recently there is a very high attrition rate in design department from a new vertical that has been recently created. The managers and hod are not interested in retaining employees who are resigning. Moreover they feel relaxed that old employees(worked for more than 5 years in SRF) have resigned as there will be no one to challenge their stupid working methods. On top that, HR is recruiting people with no relatable experience at lower salaries which makes it very difficult to work.

Only good for staff level

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the salary is also low. Proper training didn't given by H. R. . Heavy work, maximum over time and over time money is very low (60 to 65 rs. Per hour).
