- department culture is to much toxic on upper level only. - E&I Hod (jg pranami) Always warn employee about their confirmation, that's why e&I department is not stable at site . - promotion is based on your relation with your boss not on work . - No work-life balance at there , even you getting a call when you're in medical leave.

Dislikes

Culture in terms of employee centric policies is degrading every year as change in Top Management has worsened the working conditions of the employees. Leaves are very little and limited as compared to other companies in the chemical industry

...alanced and haywire situation in design department An employee with 5 years exp. And a freshers out from college (whom they call ELOs) are working on same post with same salaries, in some cases salary of freshers is higher than a person with higher experience. 4. HRs and even managers and HODs are not interested in retaining good employees. Recently there is a very high attrition rate in design department from a new vertical that has been recently created. The managers and hod are not interested in retaining employees who are resigning. Moreover they feel relaxed that old employees(worked for more than 5 years in SRF) have resigned as there will be no one to challenge their stupid working methods. On top that, HR is recruiting people with no relatable experience at lower salaries which makes it very difficult to work.

Only good for staff level

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the salary is also low. Proper training didn't given by H. R. . Heavy work, maximum over time and over time money is very low (60 to 65 rs. Per hour).
