It's a great company for the starting years of your career specially in learning interpersonal skills as a fresher including internal and external stakeholder management and building repo with whole organization along with implementation of new ideas and services.

Dislikes

There is not a lot of growth in technical skills specifically in marketing department as we are not allowed to run ads or to paid marketing in organic campaigns as well you only do a spontaneous kind of updates not a lot is there to do in terms of marketing.

Not good for increment for special manager like employee, not good for canteen facility,not good for NMS company bus opsite manager company bus , every employee should be hard work for SRF,but MANAGER,SE parsality for workmen level employee. Not proper safety , more gas with dasting. So overall not good for SRF FOUNDATION.DAHEJ

they are always concern about the employee career growth by proviing various capcity trainings and experiemental. even their yearly apparaisal also is good. every year they are introducing new innovative methodology for implementation
