I regret to say that my experience with Sreyas Holistic Remedies Pvt Ltd has been satisfactory. One of the major hurdles I faced during my tenure so far at Sreyas Holistic Remedies Pvt Ltd was the constant interference of a specific individual, who held the position of Assistant Manager. This individual seemed to relish in creating an atmosphere of dirty politics within the department, which not only hampered productivity but also contributed to a toxic work environment. Instead of acting as a bridge between the higher management and the employees, the Assistant Manager unwarranted interference not only disrupted the flow of work but also undermined the autonomy and expertise of the team members. Furthermore, This created unnecessary tension, leading to increased stress levels among team members and a decline in overall morale. Such behavior is detrimental to the growth and success of any organization. It erodes trust, stifles creativity, and hampers the ability of employees to work cohesively towards shared goals. It is disheartening to witness an individual in a position of authority engaging in activities that breed animosity rather than nurturing a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. I believe that Sreyas Holistic remedies Pvt Ltd was potential to be a great workplace, but the presence of individuals who thrive on political maneuvering and interference poses a significant obstacle. It is essential for the management to address this issue promptly and take measures to foster a more transparent and inclusive work environment. In conclusion, while there are positive aspects to Sreyas Holistic Remedies Pvt Ltd , the prevalent interference and dirty politics perpetrated by a specific Assistant Manager overshadow the potential for growth and progress. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to rectify these issues, as it is crucial for the overall well-being and success of the organization
