Nothing to like here. If you don't want to work, join this company. They will abuse you, disrespect you but not fire you.

- Egoistic top management - Threatens to ruin your career and name in industry - No professional values at all - Appraisals are terrible - Uses abusive language towards employees and disrespects them - Worst place to ever be - Worst top management ever seen - Non deserving people at the top

A great platform to learn basics of sales, marketing, consumer connect and over all industry. You have all the free hand to try new things and get new success stories on own. Also helpful to build market contacts which will help more in future.

Dislikes

Work-Life balance isn't great and as it's a smaller company selling a future product hence need lot of push and followups which sometime annoys you bad as even retailers not loosing anything great if they not focusing on it. Annual appraisals and growth is also equally challenging due to business revenue and market growth. Over all it's a firm to polish yourself and not a right place to earn well and life and grow personal-professional life.
