HR is not evaluating the people independently all depends departmental / reporting manager i.g. If reporting manager is saying needs improvement HR is saying needs improvement , if reporting manager is saying good then HR is saying good

I served as an intern at SREI Infra Ltd, and it didnt involve any monetory obligation. The tenure was quite good and it helped me learn project finance vastly.

Dislikes

The company is very vibrant and dynamic to work for. Excellent employer in terms of compensation and work timing but as an intern I found the environment less stringent which can be seen as a negetivity.

There was nothing good about SREI. It was the worst company to work for. Starting with discriminations, favouritism to zero work life balance and unnecessary mindless work pressure.

Everything was dislike. It was the worst place to work.

Actually I am a retired employee, and designated as a SR Manager Operations, as Management person I had lot of experiences in this regards that I achieved an innovative performances since last twelve your in our corporate sectors..And also good prestigious honor from my honorable unit, that I never forgotten...

Actually I never feel like that situation because I was fully loaded in my workings during the period of working times.
