Sreesaila Networks Pvt Ltd is a networking company. Basically we will be providing IT Infrastructure services to our clients. Its completely an remote infrastructure management center (RIMC) where we will try to troubleshoot different issues be it on network, server, desktops, laptops and network devices remotely (if possible) and will also take up on-site client visits to troubleshoot the issues that can't be handled remotely. As their is no particular department for server administration, network administration, desktops and laptops administration and application support, we got to learn do's and dont's of working with each and every assets related to networking, which anyway will guide us through the rough and tough situations in our job (on role). As I said earlier, its completely networking organisation, which supports their clients in each and every way we are capable of. ThankYou.

Dislikes

As mentioned earlier, its a networking company and we support our clients in however way they want. At the same time, when we work a huge number of people and with different environments, the infrastructure expects more effectiveness and rapidnessin work, which however is a good thing as we get more motivated by the people.Overall, you can really gain experience in the organisation, which will help reduce roadblocks in future.
