...ity at all ...whimsical management policy and decisions . Hr policies pathetic . They ask to leave with out notice and with one month pay . If asked reason they threaten not to give clearances . Bad experience.

High politics and worst HR dept. They are not proper supports to employees and 4class employees very suffering also from fast 5 years not getting salary details and pay slips

The students demonstrate remarkable enthusiasm, open-mindedness and politeness.

The school demonstrates an oppressive attitude towards teachers, couples with a recent endeavour to establish middle management positions which lacks transparency.

The organization gives teachers the complete liberty to work in the classrooms. All required resources will be provided by the school. Teachers feel safe and secure to be there.

Dislikes

HR and management becomes stubborn at the time of relieving if 3 months period is not served.

Sreenidhi always provide a seed of greatness inside you to develop teaching and learning skills. Working environment is excellent and classrooms are equipped with latest teaching technologies. Teaching hours are balanced with enrichment activities.
