I like working in my institute because I have learnt different kinds of activities in this school. I have played many roles while working here as a teacher. Here, I have made my identity and proved myself. I am very happy that I have created goodwill in terms of my work, my behaviour,etc. Moreover, this institution provides job security to each and every individual as per my opinion.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about this Institute is that here the work is not equally divided among all the staff members.

My bonding with the student was the most precious thing for me and the environment of the Institute was good...

The management of the institute is too inhumane and selfish... They only think about the business but they don't care about the employees...

My school very nice the students also.now am a good teacher in my school.children are very like me.

Now I have some personal problems.I want to increase my financial background because I am a widow. I have three children.they want to study more.
