My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. ...rking there. My co workers are friendly and well in knowledge about radiography. We get yearly salary increments. Hospital management very co operative to staffs. I think i got an oppertunity to improve my career and knowledge and i spend a good time with this hospital.

No Work security, Not provided necessary work facility like Table, Computer,Printer Etc. No compansation for holiday work, CL or LOP decided by HR. Salary can expect ony after 12 th of next month, Not provided enough staffs, Lack of Coordination every where.will be terminated any moment without any notice. Can't work as staff only a contract basis.
