This company is suitable for freshers only. If u want to learn and develop ur skills, go ahead. Have 6 days leave for 1 month. But don't expect high salary.

Very low salary. No promotions. High politics. More working time.

Likes

The credit the salary on time before 10th of every month and every month we get 6 holidays. Can be taken on whole or seperately.

Dislikes

Not maintaining a proper hierarchy and working hours. Work starts from morning 9 am to 10 pm. On Sundays it's 6 am to 2 pm . There would be morning shift of 6am to 8pm on weekdays also. We won't have time for our personal life.

People from regional office was good. They are kind & very supportive.

Dislikes

First of all the work time is very bad. You have to do 12 hrs duty with no OT. The salary range is also not good. Most of them was very rude & jealous person. Especially they hate North Indian in their region. They don't want any North Indian to work. They are forcing people to drink and try to insult at every opportunity. Overall this company is not good for North Indian people.

Company give 6days leave per month thats a good think, Other department staff are friendly & safety department staff are friendly expect over safety manager Safety job is not preferred on this company you try job on any department it good

Thinks i didn't like about the company is Overall safety manager his behavior to staff & his politics overall company is filled with full of politics over on higher post

Good company owners too good but worst manager's they provide increment and Higher posting only his relative person's or knew person only. no one consider hardworkers. That's what I'm leaving that company. Somebody spoil my pre-company.
