System: Implying bond for everyone, so that employee can't question the rice grain hike and cannot leave easily after experiencing the work culture. Politics: Rules changes accordingly from person to person. HR: Be aware! No settlement, unless the employee fights for it. Intentional bad reviews on back verification.
