Toxic work environment and they don't give increments every year. One can't see any growth in their entire life if they continue to work here.

As there was no other job for me during the covid period, I joined there when the SR University offered me a faculty position. They did not give my 1.5 months salary when I left the job. Before joining their register verbally assured me that, I can join a government job without any notice period. There was no work life balance. I used to take 21 hours of theory classes. It hampered as my research works a lot. They message in whatsapp related to our work on Holidays and every night. They have a very poor category students. They used to complaint against me to the authority frequently. Each time the authority gifted me an ultimate harassment. I am teaching in IIT nowadays. There is no student's complaint against me. Most of the students come to my class by themselves.

On pandamic situation I learn courses and I attended webinars to improvement of skills through other social media .In our clg point view online classes are some difficulty I had .Go on it will be covered .And also, MID Examination is clear.Thank you.

Dislikes

Proper communication between student and teacher bond is somewhat less.. so, the teacher ahold all the working student but, not at all.Transportion issue.
