I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

1. Great colleagues 2. Good place for freshers to learn

Dislikes

Everything else 1. CEO is involved in everything 2. Strict time-ins and time-outs otherwise salary will be deducted 3. No work life balance 4. Salary will be delayed 5. Appraisals will be delayed 6. Slight inconvenience and all boundaries will be crossed (personal and professional) 7. Would be forced to spend the night at office if work is not done 8. Interns do more work than so called "Seniors"

Good and challenging projects. Opportunity to learn and work on variety of technologies.

Dislikes

No flexibility. If you reach the office late or exit early, your salary will be deducted. Many other similar rules were in place to deduct employees salary. Lack of senior developers - One 1 senior dev was there, who was mostly unavailable to resolve issues. Too much mirco management. No remote allowed.

Nothing.. it's just a terrible place

Dislikes

The CEO is the worst part. He is the one who will involve himself in every small thing, even though that's not his part of job. One point to mention is that even your leave will be approved by him, that too after showing some horrible tantrums. And be ready to get your leave rejected as well as this all depends on his mood and nothing else
