Choosing write team under you are working is very important.

Dislikes

Take work from you and will remove you from job 1-2 days before salary. Fnf time is 90 days. Which have no guarantee to come. Huge self expenses on travelling which is not refundable. Work culture overall toxic. Even the snake die.

Actually there's nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Working with Square yards was the biggest disaster of my career, - No work culture - Salary are not on time - No job satisfaction - HOD's are only here to yell, zero knowledge on ground realities - Highly paid HOD's (got from Bijus) with 2-3 years of work experience (no ground experience) - No job security - Mental harrasment - It's better one can work at a tea stall then working with such an unorganised company

...bout this company is that you can learn of your own. A typical Lala Company. Work culture is worst and pay is as worse as anyone can expect.. forget Incentives..

Pay is worst, don't fall for what they promise.. forget your hefty Incentives which was promised. Work like Donkey. Office starts at 9.30AM but exit has no time. Only thing which is good is that it is the bestest place to learn for freshers.
