This is a fraud company in Newtown please do not join here....I have been worked for 1 month before salary date they will terminate you without any reason any discussion or any proof... Happened this 5-6 employees....every TL and manager and HR also are fake.... interview te sob miththe bole....jara oiling buttering korte pare only tarai ache r keo thakche na oder behaviour prochondo nongra....please do not join this agency

Very Bad experience in terms of Salary part & TA DA part. PF Still not released due to last working date not updated on pf portal. Last 2 months Salary hold & not given January 22 & Feb 22. Overall experience is bad.

The MD is the only positive part of Spurvy .He has excellent knowledge .

Dislikes

No proper out time ,sat sun duty but no extra pay .no software use still data base on excel. Job security is zero.PF ESI deducted but not deposited. Extreme politics .

I didn't find any career growth during the time I worked with them as they used to recruit their family members in higher positions. Although the overall experience working with them was good.
