It's management...... Sallery increment and low standard..... No canteen no any special allowances very low basics in sallery

Compensation is decent, but Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as the dispatched date is near and I have to ensure that the product goal is achieved and they did not provide any transportation facility and canteen facilities also

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i'm employee of this company.The best part is here is that there is good opportunity to develop my skills.

Good atmosphere in company but the work pressure too high.i have to work 12 hours daily including weekends.
