My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Here you work and ask to pay your salary, if they feel to pay than will be paid otherwise wait till management mercy. Salary being not paid on time. No proper leave rules. Mid level management feel insecurity with new talented staff, they start pulling leg. HR people are shameless they even not know what is the meaning of HR. Recomend not to join this company.

Team leader for permanent staff is guided by a person from Contract who is well expert in Jealous and envious in attitude. Management supports such Nonsense and they find most of the time to solve the issues...

Dislikes

Envious attitude of the Team Leaders who are flattered by the Management. Manzoor , the contract person, is my TL who pretends that nothing will happen without him. But the poor management is under his pressure. I strongly recommend you not to join in SPS unless the retired people checked out of the company...
