One of the worst company ever. Didn't pay salary on time. In my tenure of 4 years I never get my on time. 3 to 4 months delay in salary. After leaving the company they do not pay anything. Many employees filed case in labor court against this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

At Spray Engineering, I like how they have manage to keep Positive environment, Good and very kind seniors, Respective place where your voice is valuable and the management are taking good care to all of us.

Salary Date is not confirm. It will deposit within 1st day of month to 15th day.

Excellent work place to improve and implement work and skill it give big Apportunity to learn. its biggest point to work with Higher authority like vivek sir and rajesh sir and all respected.

Company have a good profile and a good business team in the market. Every employee of the company works independently.

It is a project based company so after season cash flow system is very poor. Salary hold for more than four months. It is very hard to survive in this situation. It is the negative point of the company.
