...ing hours. Most of the time work is dumped on you when it is time to log out. 3. Workload is disproportionate to the pay you get. 4. Work politics and discrimination. No career growth unless you are a workaholic. 5. Some managers create a fuss on giving you the leaves you deserve. 6. Your off on Saturday's are never guaranteed. Advice to management : Spottabl can be a much better place, if the managers are properly trained to value the employees who work under them. Some managers are very rude at times. This is causing a lot of employees to leave. If these few things are looked into and addressed, Spottabl will be one of the best places to work in.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. The timings start from 9 to 7 or 8pm. Since it's a startup, the work load is soo much that you keep working for more then 9hours. There is no time for meetings, meetings can start from as early as 9pm or as late as 7pm.

If you are a fresher, the tech team of spottabl is very friendly and cooperative towards helping to learn and grow.

There isn't any job security at the end of your contract they will inform you prior whether they are planning to accept you as a permanent employee
