Life of a physiotherapist is hell at Sports Authority of India. They make you work like bulls that too without food. if you join there, you only have 2 choices, either you should have really good c0nnections, or you nod your head for every work whether its making tea or cleaning opd or lifting heavy flower pots.

...ches. They employed us for 3 years contract, then ended the contract in 2 years. Kept us inside a hostel in the covid biobubble, but we had to pay the house rent still just for keeping our luggage. they dont let you exercise or use books or laptops. They are literally illiterates.

...oing job tension free and work hard devlop the athletes to represent the India . Pay also increase.

Exposure to work with national and international players, salary was good enough for freshers, good work environment and great work life balance

A better envolironment for working.

Many time meeting set on after working time maximum after 7 PM , you have to share your work details to head office more than 2-3 time . Seniors are not cooperative regarding you.

1.There is no job security in our SAI. We spent our full skill and tallent to build up an athletes. 2.There is no Hostel facilities for staff
