You will get to learn a lot here, Everything is inhouse, you dont have to go outside to get your work done.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible, Partiality , you should know how to flatter your boss and please him to stay here thats it. They will never appreciate and value your work. and a lot many more things which cannot be told here. Timing is 9-7 .No saturdays off, no salary increment above 30k..No career growth .Its just you will learn how industries work . The boss has just 5% knowledge about fabrics and 0% professionalism and he has been sitting on that chair from past 22 years . Uses foul language. Be ready he will do backbitching too :)
