There is nothing to like more about is dislike salary credits after 4-5 month work life balance is hell except you learn about many things at a time

All the this are worst here main thing is salary, salary don’t pay in time after 4-5 month of working you will get the first month salary there is no work time

Work-life balance , you don't have to take so much job pressure as most of the job is outsourced.

1. Salary Payment (3-4 months gap for 1 salary, provided if you have good connection with senior finance, HR, COO, officer then you will get salary monthly , otherwise no guarantee when you actually get your salary). 2. Appointment letter , you will not able to get your appointment letter before completion of 3 months of your service (i.e. without salary) , this is hidden management decision. 3. ID card , will not provide you (same reason as point 2). 4. PF deposit , SPML deduct PF from your salary but they will not deposit the same for sure, since October 2018, this was management decision not to deposit pf but compulsory deduction have to made from employees. 5. Termination , SPML may terminate you in 1 day notice (as per appointment letter it is 30 days notice) for that they will let you choose either of 2 options, Option-1, Company will terminate you and give you salary for 1 month as retrenchment compensation, but they will not provide you experience certificate. Option-2, you have to resign with in 1 day , for that company will provide you experience certificate but no retrenchment compensation will be given and service for the notice period i.e. 30 days will be waive off. 6. If anyone don't want to destroy his / her career please don't join here. 7. One more thing, SPML will not pay your Full and final settlement immediately it may take 1 month to 1 year.

I feel free to work and gain more knowledge from my seniors and colueges. I was never been restricted to do any work or conducting any experiment for my knowledge increment.

While working at SPML Infra I face a big salary issue which is still a big issue for my colueges. Our salary was late for 3-4 months it's really a big issue which the management need to shortout.

Used to be good Project Mgmt Co. with good engineers with good project handling abilities

The Co is run in a most unprofessional way. People get their one month salary after a gap of 3-4 months and yes this is prevailing from last 7-8 years, under COVID-19 pandemic the employees receive only a part of their one month salary that too after a gap of 6 months. The Co deduct but don't deposit PF on time ant not even esi, which i think is a gross violation and a punishable offence. They don't pay full and final settlement to their ex-employees. One of their Whole Time Director has gone hiding for some serious fraud. I am sure it is enough to give a glimpse of the SPML Infra
