Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Company has various projects so the working in live projects is a great learning experience.

Dislikes

Regularly salary delays, no appraisals & increments for many years, no L&D initiatives, employees are terminated without any reasons and discussions, full & final payments not made to ex-employees.

...arkets reliable,but I am so depressed work here the management is very terrible. All employees are always sad about salary. Salary not found every month delay for 2-3 months,currently my 3 months salary not given me .

Dislikes

...5-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the every time. Yet all staff suffering from salary. Salary is so delay

nothing to like, do not join even if you are jobless

Dislikes

Management with zero ethics, not bothered to even pay the due salaries......always keep 2-3 months salaries pending and never clear this backlog once employee leaves....

Freedom to work. I was in Procurement. When I was there, we had a good team. It was like a library. You could learn anything from anywhere. Work-life balance was also not bad.

Spml is Indias number one cheating company.Site staff management is very low .No vehicle provide duty time all staff and accommodation facilities is very poor it is labour catagory.Staff canteen and food management responsibilities no view company hr and admin person.

Dislikes

Staff salary no provide time to time. 5 - 6 months delay site staff salary but office staff salary timely per month.It is bad culture company management.
