Spml is Indias number one cheating company.Site staff management is very low .No vehicle provide duty time all staff and accommodation facilities is very poor it is labour catagory.Staff canteen and food management responsibilities no view company hr and admin person.

Staff salary no provide time to time. 5 - 6 months delay site staff salary but office staff salary timely per month.It is bad culture company management.

I feel free to work and gain more knowledge from my seniors and colueges. I was never been restricted to do any work or conducting any experiment for my knowledge increment.

While working at SPML Infra I face a big salary issue which is still a big issue for my colueges. Our salary was late for 3-4 months it's really a big issue which the management need to shortout.

Well reputed company, Popular in market, engineer work and life balance is good. I was worked at Karnataka but staff was very friendly and supported, accomodation also good.

Minimum 3 month salary holding by company, salary was not in time to time.(2019 condition), mangement was corrupted.

Project was good. Company is providing material supply accordingly schedule.

Oppertinuity was good but the company is behind the schedule, Also terrible thing salary delayed by 3 Months. Most important company is not investing properly in the project. Mobilasation they have taken but work done value is 1/3 of that.

...arkets reliable,but I am so depressed work here the management is very terrible. All employees are always sad about salary. Salary not found every month delay for 2-3 months,currently my 3 months salary not given me .

...5-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the every time. Yet all staff suffering from salary. Salary is so delay
