This company is not good for senior level.compny culture not good.Not support Management and Manager.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is not good and career growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...er because of that type of management working. And there is no yearly increment. You can not gate salary at the time and tey took overtime without pay also. Almost bandhva majdur. Koi action bhi ni le sakkta inke against becouse offer later ni diya hai

I'm a part of Spm autocomp. Team and they have some foreign clients and 35 % products supply to forein and 65 % supply in home country. This company get obligations for product quality and we have decided to self goals that my client will fully satisfied with my product quality and service.. They have provide to learn in different department with the help of properly training. I feel that my future will light in this company

In this company growth is very slow and salary also and job security is very poor so employees are not stable in this company for long time.
