Splash Here you can learn lots off new things, like if you are a cashier you can learn about sale, floor knowledge, product knowledge, inventory etc work but you have to show your interest. Also the splash team can help your gowth and trained for next level. one more thing this the process oriented compony so you have to follow their process by hook or by crook.

Religiously speaking I Love working at Splash Fashion India Pvt Ltd. Splash give me a very good opportunity to grown up for my future, management teams are very strong, understanding and caring for the employee, I like the way they supported the employee,like providing training, freedom and benefit to the employee , My co-workers like my manager and my staff teams are really friendly to me , understanding each other and balancing for the work , learning lots of knowledge from my manager and my teams cooperate to me. Today I can stand in this position because of Splash. Wish long live Splash and be successful originization for the future.

Splash is apart of Lifestyle Landmark Group, There is very good opportunity to get promotion and highlighting performance for the hard worker and smart worker like me but it take long year to get good package, Company providing us less man power comparing with the store sqft , so most of the time we need to do extra working hour like 12 to 15 hours in a day, even as a human being sometime little hard to keep balance for personal life. Sometime work responsibilities are more so we couldn't manage man power accordingly, and I do received appreciation emails from my manager & management group but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals which is pain sometimes.
