...your experience doesn't count to me n my company, such a demotivating interview. they want an experienced person but are not ready to give the salary. that uncle ji doesn't even know how to talk or how to look forward to an interview, bhi agr salary dena ki aukad ni h why are u wasting our time. don't go don't waste ur time there, they are Lala and not going to give you anything

Nothing to like in this company. If you have received any communication regarding interview in this company through any source (Email, phone call or SMS) please be alert. Chairman, Director and HR of this company is one of the "BEST JHOOTHA" @ this earth. If any body selected here please clear everything before join here, (appointment letter, Benefits and timing of working hours) . Timing of company is terrible. You have to reach office @ 9 a.m. & back home around 11 p.m. Company has never pay any benefits to his employees. Company always trapped you through asking hand written letter in Hindi. If any body selected there means that Fish in Net. You have never got work here according to your profile. Beware from This organization.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. You will got your salary always through cash in envelopes. No any benefits provided by management. You will always surrounded by spyies of company. You have to always work manually on writing pad in Hindi.

There is lot of politics and management dosent address our isssues.they provided salary into the cash and not providing offer and joining letter.there are no professionalism no growth you feel work like a office boy.very very bad atmosphare

They had told 12 lacs salary range for this post. They called me from Lucknow to Delhi without on my exps. when I attend the interview they say there is range of 2-3 lacs salary which is big difference as stated. Owner was very hypocrite as per talk. HR was horrible they never pick the phone or Mobile no. e. g. If you called them today then she replied after 5-6 days and will ask you as she has seen misscall of your no. HR never bother to reply on your email. Over all worst experience of my life while dealing with this company. Owner says that they don't pay for Holiday in first month as it is their policy. Further account person has to work 10 % accounting work and 90% marketing work. However this is not mentioned in job profile posted on Naukri. There is ver few words to explain their experience.
