People have no respect for anybody. They are all liars and please be wary.Do not join this company for anything they offer. They will only cheat you eventually.

They are asking for every new employee toh submit your orginal documents & 1 month salary hold very disappointment with this condition, Please all the condition clear on same interview date.

I worked in Spirant in Mumbai Branch for 5 years. 2 Years I was offered WFH and last year I planned to relocate to Canada. I had put my papers but on my request I was provided with one complete extra year of WFH and flexible hours till I completed all my formalities. Even at the time of leaving it was such a smooth transition. Very professional

I have a BDS background and came to sales and marketing position for first time in Spirant Excellent place to learn and evolve Management was very cooperative and environment is very friendly Unfortunately I had to leave within a year because had to leave the country
