If anyone is reading in this Company. The Manager will fire employee after 6 months. HR will lie to you about Confirmation Manager will make sure it become extra 2month. As per now 3 employee as been fired, because they work was complete. Increment is 1-2k for developer. Manager is Story Teller. They have only 1 project.

...perience then dont go with it.It is an IT company But Very Poor Working Culture.Salary Is Not Provided as per the expectation .Also saturday has half day but till 3 pm is it called half day??

Salary is not good as market condition.Very less salary provided in spider software as per the company reputation.Also incentives are very less.

...r seen in my 10 years experience. anybody can join in this company no standards. salary 15k 1-2 years. 18-20k 3-4 years, 4-6 years 20-25k, more then 6 years 25-30k this is there standards. you ask more they ask you how much you know our products like, just think whoever join in any company if its products is new to them but these un educated people tell this we give this much initial if you want you can join if you join then check after 1 year how they start pressure on you by asking like, initial only we said about salary once you learn all features and perform well only get hike like. please avoid this. after working 2.5 years in this company i am writing this because of less salary i am not getting job only how strange its in corporate. in other company asking after this much experience only this much salary why like?

...s, increament and if you you want to leave they will not give experience letter. Very poor office and salary, you cant lead your life. They tell who hold bucket and jug people to write good comments wherever possible. Ask some employees who worked more then 1 year how they are leading life, if you join they will not introduce to old employee because of you will come to know about how bad company policies. see if they see my comments they may remove it soon.

Some managers are quite good and deserving to work in a better company.

...s. Flexible timing means you have to wait for meetings after your working hours. On salary day, a signator will be on leave or out for some work. Only executives provide training to the new joiners.

As my experience is about 7 months i have onserved there will be no corporate culture in office. Office will not be as you expected a small office present in Hyderabad branch
