Over all saying the company is the best in automotive insdrusties which I work in , cause of its overall mixture of teamwork , knowledge sharing , training provided to operating egg , involment of projects not only for improvement in productivity also for people ,the safety culture. The company is best not cause of I m working in it .cause of people's development and perusing them for there better carrier , the employees who work in are not treated as operators they are OPERATING ENGINEERS , it makes all in it .

Dislikes

Salary structure little bit to be improved in stage wise.

Some good cultures are like - A. Safety First B. Awarding for best cell, most improved cell C. Company gives additional trainings (as per company requirements) free of costs D. They give chance to new oes for work with staff for some months

Dislikes

... & teaching to new employees & oets, there is some lacks by TL, GL & Seniors B. Need some changes in salary culture of @Daipl, is a good brand in field of driveshaft maker which have big brand customers...but salary of it's employes is too cheap, so need to increase it & improve incrementation year by year

The Company is very supportive, environment friendly and readily adopts latest technology. I also like the employee re-hire policy hear.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Salary increment is very slow.

The teammates are very supportive in every situation. The management is also very open with the employees. There are huge cultural programs will be conducted by the management.

There will huge work pressure on the employees. The salary also is less according to what the employees work.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police's are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
