Few of the people in the company, especially in my department, were pretty helping and supportive. They guide people to the best of their knowledge and best whatever they can do. Even some of the people understand your situation if you are in a problem and will help you up to the level they can.

... you have to pay the rent by yourself by lending money from your friends/family. the salary will come when you will be in a condition to leave the company. Not only this, but if you somehow manages to quit the job, you will not receive your full and final payment. If you are lucky, then you might get it, that too even after several years.

Everything they never give salary on time. Its already been several months staff are suffering without salary. Never gave any good appraisal. Work shedule is not good, they never give ontime break to staff, spicejet is the worst airline.

...ryone wants to join spice jet. I never thought of another airline after joining. Salary was good, layovers used to be fun and hotel property was also good. My journey with SpiceJet was amazing. Thank you so much that you chose me and gave me wings .
