Increments ,0 % job security .financial crisis always .Delay in salary uninformed salary deduction .cheating on PF deduction. PF not paid for the last 2 years.but deducted from the salary

...good job but.things became worse because of poor management no job satisfaction. They will find new ways to deduct amount from employees salary

Employees may be removed very easily for asking their rights . We all are working for salary but management expecting staffs to work for service . Your over time will be asked to take as leave when we have enough preveilege leave what is the use of it , no bonus no allowances especially they have 6 months notice period . At the time of joining New joined have to pay 50000 rupees as deposit and this amount will be return after 30 months within that 30 months they will make u sign in 6 months bond so while leaving also u have to give money to management ,worst thing is during this corona period they have restructured the salary they could not able to give that restructured salary also but still maintaining the bond

...me But as a employee of SpiceJet Very Terrible and very hard to survive in Life.They give salary and increments in payslip and offer letter only not in hand.Every appraisal Your salary is increased.But u cannot received the increment amount in hand.Poor Management And don't care about the employees.If anyone wants to enter in aviation Industry pls don't select SpiceJet.SpiceJet will help u to grow and earn knowledge about aviation but not salary.One u Get selected in SpiceJet learn about the industry and move to other airlines.

I have paid my half fee however didnt get any job security after confriming that i will pay the rest fee if i will get an opportunity to fly again. They all lie before joining the company i were unemployed for 2 years and that was my first job and didn’t have an other source of income and didn’t even ready to pay the compensation for that mentality harassment. I will advise everyone not to join spice jet again they don't care about you.

Work environment is good. A place where an individual can learn on taking decisions and handling situations independently. Get chance to travel across and learn new things. Meet new people everyday at your work place(at airports)

Dislikes

Salary is too low compared to the efforts given by the employees at Airports. However, company claims they are the paymasters, but it's a false statement. There are no perks given as deserved.... appraisal are discriminated and not transparent as it should be. More number of years you are associated, less salary you are paid.
