The legal department of the company is not sustainable, you will be directed to hand over your life without any support from the organisation or the senior member of the team. One of the worst working culture and senior team members i have ever worked with. I clearly say do not it means do not lead yourself in this mess or else your entire career will be spolied. Even if you don't have anything in hand still do not join any of the designation. You will be motivated to join but once you join your life is hell, your opinion will not be respected and there will be a biased approach towards you. Not at all healthy environment to join. Too much politics by GC and it's favourite team members.

Senior team management Long working hours Salary Behaviour Respect No appreciation on work, your work will be consumed and presented to the upper management without appreciating how you closed the project.

I like Spice Money because there was no work pressure. Good behaviour of Leaders and staffs. Working environment is so good. Specially Sudit sir was a great manager.

...ey but they fired only me for no such specific reason instead of low performers. And the worst thing was they removed me after paying salary and I've also do 1 day of extra work. Without any prior single mail or notice. This was so disappointing company in my life. Every good company or MNC's give you a mail or notice before they ending your contract but Spice Money

Now there is nothing. Poor management in tech. They want you to work day and night like machine. There is no personal life. No personal life and no other benefits in this organisation if you are working late till 2 or 3 in morning for production deployment.
