Please give salary according to degrees Medical technologist salary and a scientific officer salary is almost same. Mt are trying to talk over lab saying both salary is same only difference of degree... There must be difference between salary of a deploma and Master students

No job security. They terminate their employee without thinking about their future. All people work their with dedication. On covid peak time they hire employee on bulk no backup plan. You just waste your time no management.

Except above things... Rest all the things... Like culture, it's really bad. There is no job security, no growth, no salary increment, no new opportunities, no learning, no skill development, nothing.

Spice health is a reputed company. So that it will be privilege for one who worked there when they applying for new job. As i worked there as molecular technician, i think it will provide more job opportunities for me.

Dislikes

There won't be any guarantee for your work position. You may get fired after getting confirmed appointment letter without informing you before. And priority in any case will be given to seniors not to freshers.

There's a lot of empathy and understanding about the work challenges. Leadership is excellent with good work life balance.
