...mploye should not get calls from other company and there growth should stopped 2) for some department the salary is very low according to market standards 3) they have software's installed in your system which takes screenshots of employees just to impose that the employees should not learn new things to grow in outer market and to be remain and stuck in the company. 4)this firm is pure example of nepotism, where so many employees are relatives of ceo, they get good opportunity on other talented hardworking people of the firm. 5)i would not recommend fresher to join the company.

...ery poor, you have to switch any project at any time,it distrub the work flow. 5) increment: is very poor, you have to work on very low salary. 6) they don't use any automation framework, and they don't want to move on automation. 7) Management team is very poor.

worst organisation that i ever worked for….too much micromanagement….worst management….no guidance from your Seniors…Lots of politics…. Even CEO of organisation is holding all decisions and rest employees are just there puppet even the HR Department… You will learn nothing new

No work life balance, no culture, no holidays and leaves. They always put pressure to work for 10-11 hours a day and such a micromanagement that it's hard to survive their.
