The work is totally remote which allows me to work and develop skills at the same time since I get a lot of time for myself. There is no time or energy wasted in travelling to the office. The projects which are being developed are highly AI oriented too which is rarely found in any companies where AI roles are more about data curation as compared to core AI

Management is pretty much disconnected from what's happening in the teams. Discrimination with employees not from native state of the company. No appreciation for good work. Countless allegations of moonlighting or performance problems without any points or proof. Directors call on Weekends & force you to work. Its more of a family run company than a professional firm. Directors language towards employee is unprofessional

Since we had WFM ..We dint saw the company where it is located in Hyderabad 😂 WE doubted whether this company is there or not on the earth😂 We were never called onsite to visit the office.

Dislikes

HR was not able to support our team due to client "STG Logistics" pressure for the promises that were made at the time of joining. We were layed off within a year with no options.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The teammates are co-operative and supportive. The environment is excellent to work to.

Dislikes

Honestly, I didn't dislike anything but it needs to implement the skill development training to the existing employees.
