Management is very bad. You will be delivered your work but don't expect to salary that salary will be debited or not debited in your account. I got pay slip msg but my one month salary not debited in my account. Management is digest. During joining this is not provided joining letter , during hr training nobody say about notice period. And as rule without joining letter notice period is not necessary.

Not any Dcs system in plants for knowledge Gives Salary skells too decrease and safety was poor For Better futures not counting experience in dyes industries for Bachelor of chemical engineer

There are many types of problems which cannot be explained like this... The special problem is from the management point of view because where there is no management, it is not as it is, it is just going on

Very bad company and there HR department is very poor and not given any type of experience letter and appointment letter and also not give my salary of last month.
