Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... instead laid off due to COVID without any compensation..just left us stranded..but took back the laptop saying only on return they will pay salary due but deceived me. This happened in 2020 June and its 2023 Aug I've made several communications to the company head including. Direct calls to the ceo they just say they will pay but it's a lie.. cheats

...n Spectromax (Dexrosolutions) also called pappaya.com. I have wasted my 45 days. Even they have not given my salary and relieving . Contact me for more clarification . Even I am not first they cheated with me . Lot of examples now I have collected. Because of this company pitty did I will never ever going to join small scale company.
