Like every lab in India, this lab also has a bad quality of testing. There is no growth. As their field of work is vast but the scope is less. The equipments are outdated. There is no training on new scopes. The lab's condition is really bad. Management is incompetent. They blame the technical team for not reaching the business targets while they spent a lot of money on the marketing team. They do not care about their employee as there are no proper facilities available. They might brag about being associated with MNC company but they are like every other baniya company. Don't believe the 5-star review. As I said if you get a good salary at joining then it is fine otherwise only god can save you.

The Odisha project has got a poor management, Bad Office culture they keep offending their juniors, no increment, no benifits, No one is concerned about the welfare of the employees.

Job security depends on experience, work culture is very good, management support to each and every person with his requirements, company policy is very good & fare, They gives appraisal every year and respect to every employee

The work life balance is fine in this company and work culture is ok. I find nothing positive in management and policies.

The management is insensitive towards employees and recently many employees have been fired from the job. The policies are not supportive for employees, but my head of the department is good and supportive. Nobody cares about health and hygiene of employees as washroom stinks like hell the is no cleaning of washroom. There are rats everywhere in the working area I see there tools. The management doesn't care about the employees as they are corrupt and biased.
