Personal career growth related: (1) Received exposure to diverse consulting projects; developing strong hold in business consulting into finance, HR, business strategy, business processes, internal controls, sales, forensic audits and project management, (2) Continuous opportunity for skills development (3) Received opportunity to work closely with client senior management & their teams in all projects, (4) Gradually moving from individual contributor to managing small teams (5) independently managed some projects (6) Client base expansion is offering opportunities for new challenges and exposure.

Occasionally required to stretch work hours for client deliverables or some urgent client requirements. Sometimes it demands working on non-working days to meet client timeline expectations.

I am working here since seven years Every year, I had additional profile to handle Previously, the client health was unstable, but now that is also stable, very promising Great place to work and build your career. Management involvement is also very good. My favourite thing is that whenever I ask for leave, there is no question in it is always approved. The trust is highly appreciated.

We need more client options Dependent on limited client group Too much traffic in Pune, so little flexibility on time or working from home should be allowed

The kind of exposure you get on various assignments is amazing. There are new projects and new learnings all the time. Recommend all the curious people, who would like to have an edge to join the company and experience the difference.
