...her nose in every department except hers and due to this the culture gets toxic. Because of the HR, people are disappointed, no increase of salary(as said and promised while hiring a candidate) on time and so on. Especially to girls, HR has always been rude and has not given what a candidate must deserve in her salary and appraisal. HR has been partial and only give advantages whom she likes.

...uld be sweet to you at first and later might fire you without any proper reason. Often you will receive your paycheck at the middle of the next month from different accounts with no salary slips. The Managers have the power to make or break any policy according to their own liking. Kudos to all my fellow fallen soldiers those who have worked for Specscart and all the best if you are already a part of the toxic club.

... within 1 week, contributing to an unstable and inconsistent work environment. To make matters worse they failed to provide proper salary slips. This lack of documentation caused numerous problems, especially in official matters such as obtaining loans or dealing with any government-related work. When employees asked for salary slips, they were met with a barrage of questions and neglect of their urgency, creating unnecessary stress and financial difficulties. The company's control over employees extended to their breaks as well. They did not allow any breaks between the whole workday, leaving us mentally and physically drained, they even dictated with who we would eat our lunch, further diminishing any sense of independence. Adding to the chaos, the HR "overlord" frequently and inexplicably shifted our seating arrangements every new day, without any reasonable explanation. There is the inner circle of 4-5 people (headed by HR) and if someone didn't butter up the inner circle they would make that individual's life miserable, leading them to resign without giving any compensation or prior notice. Moreover, they would unjustly terminate the employee from that very day, leaving them without any support or recourse. Creativity was not encouraged and any attempt to introduce new ideas was met with apathy or rejection. The negative impact of this dreadful work environment was profound, resulting in high turnover and low productivity among the staff. In conclusion, I strongly caution prospective employees to beware of this company's unhealthy work environment. The toxic culture, lack of appraisals, the lack of proper documentation, and the extreme control over breaks and seating arrangements all create an atmosphere where creativity and individuality are stifled. Moreover, the unjust treatment of those who don't comply with the HR leads to a sense of being undervalued and unsupported, with little recourse for fairness. Seek opportunities elsewhere, where your talents and growth will be genuinely appreciated and nurtured.

* Even someone with no knowledge of Digital Marketing can become "Marketing Head". * Good for those who want a high salary without putting in much effort. * If you're good at explaining yourself, you might manage to stay.

* No paid leaves during the 3-months probation period. * Salaries are often delayed. * Office is on 4th floor with no proper lift, sometimes employees need to climb up by stairs. * You need to inform 7-10 days in advance to take casual leave. * Specscart is not registered in India, employees are officially handled by Remax Interiors. * No company email id is given, which makes it tough to get loans or open bank accounts. * Strict rules for lunch break (30 minutes) - time spent eating and stepping out is counted separately. * Management does not treat employees well. * Talent is not appreciated, Even skilled people are micromanaged by the company's favorite employees. * No focus on employees well-being or retention. No team-building or fun activities. * HR often agrees with the owners and behaves like a spy. * Many new employees quit within first 3 months. * The work culture is toxic with internal politics. * Company follows a "Hire and Fire" approach.

Very poor Management, overburden of work, nothing to learn from head of our team, changing sequence of priorities of work according to their mood to just make you guilty for everything, company policies changes for person to person to exploit them. They expect you to work like robots. The management is so busy in UK that they will be watching u throughout your day and it is based on my true experience there, not a biased review. I can’t understand why majority of people normalise it there.
