1)Management is unqualified and unprofessional. 2)Salary cuts ,forced change of teckstack . 3)Company has no projects , layoffs , salary cuts , sending employees on uppaid leave . 4) Forcing employees to apply for unpaid leaves . 5)Ill mannered and rude managers who are creating toxic work environment. 6) Forcing employees to work on weekends and do overtime without pay. 7) Have no good projects .

...e very good projects to work on. The company took a great care during the Covid. Other companies were busy in doing the salary cuts and laying off people but Speckyfox helped its employees very well.

Dislikes

As such I am not seeing any issues.Things are improving day by day. It is a highly employee centric company.

Culture, flexibility, non political, managers and HR are understandable

Dislikes

Hiring incompetent people in Testing has created issues for the company's business. They have tried to spread the negativity. The management needs to take harsh actions against a few who are spoiling the environment.

Don't join this company. They are ready to destroy the careers. Managers and hrs think that they are doing very good thing by providing false accusations. They will care for the clients but not for the employees.
